- To route and follow up on your call or request.
- To check service quality and resolve disputes, and to improve our website.
Who we share it with
- The septic professional we refer you to, so they can contact you and quote your job. They handle your information under their own policies.
- Service providers that run our phone tracking, forms, email and website hosting, only as needed to provide those services.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.
Calls and texts
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the professional we refer you to may contact you by phone or text about your request. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention and your choices
We keep request and call records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email [email protected].

This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
